Philanthropy
Tri Delta is committed to philanthropy, particularly supporting children’s hospitals in their quest to eradicate childhood cancer. Our national fraternity has a partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and our local chapter is dedicated to the Hematology and Oncology department at Cook Children’s Medical Center, right here in Fort Worth. We also support fellow Tri Deltas through contributions to the Jean Wiggin Roach Scholarship at the Tri Delta Foundation.
Children's Cancer Charities
Through our annual fundraiser, Cookies & Castles, we have raised over $1.7M for the Hematology & Oncology Department at Cook Children’s Medical Center. We also host a gingerbread decorating party each year for Cook Children’s patients.
ST. JUDE RESEARCH HOSPITAL
St. Jude Research Hospital is our national philanthropy partner. Tri Deltas across the nation – both collegiate and alumnae chapters – collective raise over $5.5M for St. Jude every year.
TRI DELTA FOUNDATION
Cookies & Castles also supports the Jean Wiggin Roach Scholarship Fund at the Tri Delta Foundation. Through this scholarship fund, we have provided over $170K to deserving members of the Phi Lambda (TCU) Tri Delta chapter to help support their education.
